SERVAIR congratulates AIR FRANCE on its 2023 title of “Best Airline Catering for First Class” awarded by Skytrax

Paris, June 30, 2023 – Servair, the French and African leader in in-flight catering and a subsidiary of gategroup, congratulates AIR FRANCE on being named “Best In-Flight Catering in First Class” by Skytrax at this year’s World Airlines Awards ceremony.

“We are proud to contribute to the quality of AIR FRANCE’s in-flight product from its Paris base, and to uphold the gastronomic image of its First Class, rewarded today by Skytrax,” says Alexis FRANTZ, CEO of Servair. “High-flying catering is deeply rooted in AIR FRANCE and Servair, which were the first to call on Michelin-starred chefs to offer passengers an exceptional gastronomic experience. We created the Studio Culinaire Servair with Joël Robuchon in 2009, which paved the way for other prestigious Air France first-class signings, such as Arnaud Lallement, Régis Marcon, Anne-Sophie Pic and Michel Roth in 2022. In 2023, AIR FRANCE will entrust its menus to Mauro Colagreco, Arnaud Lallement, Régis Marcon and Emmanuel Renaut, as well as to exceptional pastry chefs such as Angelo Musa and Philippe Urraca. These chefs trust Servair’s expertise to pass on their cuisine and make AIR FRANCE the ambassador of French gastronomy”.

Covering more than 350 airlines, the Skytrax market research institute has been conducting the largest annual survey of airline passenger satisfaction since 1999. In 2023, more than 13.4 million surveys were collected from passengers in over 100 countries and in 6 languages. For more information on the Skytrax World Airline Awards, see:
