The PAX International Readership awards ceremony took place in Hamburg on May 29, 2024 during the celebration of the WTCE (World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Exhibition).
These prestigious awards recognize excellence and outstanding performance in the aviation industry worldwide. gategroup was awarded in 2023 as Airline Caterer of the Year in Europe. This year we are proud to announce that we have received this distinct recognition in other regions where we are very strong, such as South America and Africa These accolades are a proof that our brands are leading the way in the airline catering industry. As the world’s leading inflight retailer, we are also delighted to see gateretail excel in their category of retail onboard.
We are also extremely proud to see our customers shine. We would like to congratulate LATAM Airlines for winning the award for Outstanding Food Services by a Carrier in South America. Our sincere compliments to Royal Air Maroc, who was recognized for Outstanding Food Services by a Carrier in Africa. We are also very excited about United Airlines’ big win with the award for Outstanding Food Services by a Carrier in North America.
