We are proud to announce the global launch of our new Virtual Reality (VR) driver training experience, a key step forward in how we develop skills safely and consistently across our operations. 
This immersive VR training places drivers inside a realistic airport simulation tailored to our operations, procedures, and equipment. Rather than a generic setup, it reflects our real workflows and on-site conditions. Using VR goggles, a steering wheel, and pedals, trainees practice catering truck loading on an aircraft in a safe, controlled, and highly individualized environment built on our operational know-how.
The development is now complete, and a rollout of the program has begun across our regions. The training content is also being developed in several languages, ensuring accessibility for our diverse global workforce. Early feedback from drivers was very positive and continues to be as more and more drivers begin their training, highlighting the realism of the simulation and its effectiveness in building confidence.
