Zurich, November 21, 2025 – gategroup Holding AG (“gategroup”) is pleased to announce the successful upsizing and repricing of its Term Loan B facilities. The company increased its euro denominated facility through a fully fungible add-on of EUR 215 million and its U.S. dollar denominated facility by USD 75 million, further strengthening the liquidity position and enhancing financial flexibility to support long-term growth.
The transaction was met with strong investor demand resulting in a margin reduction of 75 basis points to 350 basis points, a tighter outcome than initially anticipated.
