During an exclusive tour through the more than 17,000 square meters, the guests had the opportunity to discover the behind the scenes of a constantly bustling kitchen, where 1,400 pieces of fresh fruit is pealed and cut every day, 400 liters of sauce is produce and over 21,000 pieces of breads are baked daily.

This state-of-the-art facility produces an impressive 18,000 meals per day, supported by over 800 dedicated employees working around the clock to meet the high standards of some of the world’s most prestigious airlines.
