Welcome to gategroup's ESG section!
Transforming together for a more sustainable tomorrow
As one of the global culinary leaders, we are fully committed to responsible corporate stewardship and sustainable business practices.
We take our Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) responsibilities seriously and strive to continuously incorporate ESG best practices into every aspect of our daily operations. Our goal is to hold ourselves accountable by being transparent, to take care of our employees, retain and attract talent, consistently reduce our impact on the planet, ensure that we incorporate sustainability drivers in the design of our products and services and manage opportunities and risks in our supply chain, all while also responsibly strengthening our bottom line.
A set of global policies guiding our actions on these topics includes but is not limited to:
- gategroup's Code of Conduct
- Supplier Code of Conduct
- Environmental policy
- Human and Labor Rights policy
- Global operational health and safety protocols
In early 2023, gategroup established new and ambitious commitments and targets as part of the ESG Framework 2025 that will guide our business operations going forward to help make them more future-fit. As we work towards achieving our ESG goals, we remain focused on delivering exceptional services that nourish and enhance the journeys of our customers.
By aligning our efforts with industry best practices and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), we are committed to creating a positive impact on the environment, society, and our business.
To learn about gategroup's commitment to ESG practices, we invite you to explore our three ESG principles that guide our decision-making and actions:
