Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for efficient inventory management across the easyJet retail network. This role will help develop a dynamic, best-in-industry function. 

In this role, you should have an analytical skillset and a strong commercial awareness. You will be a confident communicator with experience in both supplier and customer facing supply chain roles. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain outstanding customer/supplier relationships at all times
  • Responsible for planning inbound/outbound orders to maintain availability across the easyJet retail network
  • Identify and resolve potential constraints/risks supply to key stakeholders
  • Provide support in solving Supply Chain issues that include, but are not limited to stock shortages, delivery delays, quality faults, excess inventory and over performance of sales vs forecast
  • Maintain communication of intake plans with external and internal stakeholders
  • Minimise network excess & obsolescence during range change periods with effective PIPO management
  • Accountable for adhering to inventory management targets, as per business KPIs
  • Support with all elements of PIPO planning, minimising excess/obsolescence and maximising availability
  • Drive E2E cost efficiency through review of, among other elements, delivery frequency and inventory cover
  • Interrogate forecast inaccuracies to provide insight and corrective actions, avoiding reoccurrence
  • Support the S&OP process cross-functionally with a one-team mentality
  • Plan, support and implement supply chain optimisation projects where required
  • Support technical development & understanding within the wider team
  • Maintain documentation of Supply Chain processes
  • Provide cover within the team as required



  • Educated to a bachelor’s degree level 
  • Supply Chain related professional qualification

Work Experience: 

  • Previous experience in a supply chain analysis role, Logistics Coordinator or similar role
  • Proven supply/demand planning experience within retail/e-commerce or FMCG 
  • Demonstrable forecast/planning experience within a multi-site replenishment environment 
  • Clear understanding of supply chain processes (e.g. demand/supply planning, warehousing/transport)

Other Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)

  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel desirable
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales, prioritising as appropriate
  • Proactive and flexible attitude
  • Sound analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
